Symetri Announces Addition to Atlanta Staff

ATLANTA (March 25, 2002) – Symetri, a leading ebusiness strategy, design, and development company, today announced the addition of Trudy Hearn as project manager to its Atlanta office. Hearn is responsible for the day-to-day client service of several Atlanta accounts, and will oversee account team activities to ensure the fulfillment of project requirements and client needs.

"Trudy brings a wealth of technical expertise and customer support experience to our office," said Kate Zumbro, team leader, Atlanta office, Symetri. "Her ability to manage the client relationship while coordinating account team activities is a major asset to our office and our clients."

Prior to Symetri, Hearn worked as a Workflow Manager at Nortel Networks where she was responsible for the delivery of call center support requests to team leaders and regional managers, created and implemented the new hire orientation, and conducted various administrative support duties in support of engineer staff to balance employee workloads.

Hearn has eight years customer support and client relationship expertise including experience with Nortel Networks, Inacom Corporation, Executive Travel Institute and WorldSpan.

Currently residing in Alpharetta, Ga., Hearn is from Oxford, England where she graduated from Abingdon College with honors.
