Position Summary: The position is for a website developer / project manager for custom web applications/projects. The ideal candidate will develop web applications and software solutions in a variety of programming languages while at the same time working with clients to manage project requirements and client satisfaction. This individual must be detailed oriented and be able to manage multiple iniatives at the same time.
Major Responsibilities:
- Develop customer web applications utilizing appropriate technology (typically .NET, MS SQL Server, etc.)
- Evaluate and recommend software and hardware requirements for each implementation
- Work with clients to develop project estimates, scope, and status documents based on requirements and assumptions.
- Lead the Development process to ensure project is delivered as specified, is profitable and meets client satisfaction
- Recommend appropriate hardware and software requirements for projects
- Assist with internal network/system administration
Job Knowledge / Experience:
This position requires at least two years of progressively more responsible work experience in web application development and engineering. Must have experience in web-oriented programming and mark-up languages, databases, web/application server technologies and platforms, web development tools and network system architecture. A four-year degree in a related field is recommended. This position is client facing at both client site and home office locations.
